It was a great lunch, he ordered BBQ chicken pizza and he didnt realize it came with onions. When the waitress at the tilted kilt came with his pizza he said " I hate to do this to you but I really hate onions" she said "No problem ill have them make you a new one" Bret said " no i dont want you to have to do that, go in the kitchen and pick them off ill never know" - nbartley9
That's an awesome story. I've always enjoyed watching Bret. He's my cousin's all-time favorite wrestler. Sucks that his career got cut short because of a concussion. It really messed him up. |

PIT's acquisition price on Douglas Murray is two second-round picks.
I think we're still trading... To many bodies |

Murray is a good move the guy is a tank. Very hard guy to move. Very Hal Gill like. |

Boom Shero. Strike while the irons hot. 2 holes identified, 2 holes plugged.
The Pens just got alot harder to play against. - canadianpenfan

I really wish Shero would be more proactive...
Murray was a guy that I was hoping they would go after. - acdc1206
Murray, Douglas » $2,500,000 UFA next year....and we can keep him and Morrow offering similar kind of money or a little bit less |

We have one extra forward and one extra d-man on the roster now. Both roster exempt guys shouldn't be send down (Bennett & Despres), but might be to get the roster right for tomorrow if Letang & Malkin are in.
As we learned with Boychuk, even if we put someone on waivers tomorrow, they still take up a roster spot for 24 hours until they are cleared/claimed, so we'd be at 25 for tomorrow's game.
Unless Shero is still dealing, I'd bet Bennett and Despres are getting sent down if 71 & 58 are back at least as paper transactions. - rival22
Trevor Smith was still on the roster last night. |

He was okay the first 3-4 games and I was giving him a chance but since I just wouldn't miss the guy if we lost him. |

I think the trade is pretty even. I hope you guys win just for morrow. |

Murray is a hoss. This is the exact kind of tough D-man we needed...and it sounds like we got him for picks?! Wonderful.
I too feel like one more move is on its way. We have a very full roster right now... |

I liked the Morrow trade for you guys, a lot ... but two 2nd round picks seems a bit of an overpayment for Murray.
But what do I know. My team sucks.

He'll be gone. But adding Morrow, Murray, Malkin & Letang will still get them to 25. |

The Sharks got two second round picks but the second pick is conditional if Murray doesn't re-sign with Pens. #NHL

I think we paid a high price for both players but we increased our chances of winning a cup by 20%. How did I come up with this percentage?I don't know! |

The picks don't bother me at all because 12 games ago isn't that long ago that I can't remember how bad we we're at letting guys stand in front of our net. Improves the PK. We picked up a 3rd yesterday and keep our 1st.
Edit Its 1 2nd if he don't resign |

Shero clearly thinks the Penguins will be the last team left standing with the moves he has made the last two days. By acquiring that third round pick, which should be an early round pick, the late 2nd rounder going to SJ becomes easier to part with. |

One is conditional on if Murray resigns or not. I thought it was a bit of an overpayment but that evens it out slightly. |

Very good trade indeed. The second rounder is no big loss since they did get the Stars third. |
