I don't hate the guy I just don't understand why everyone hops on his pee-pee. He took the talent Chicago couldn't keep after their cup win. The same team he was assistant GM of under Tallon not long before he tool the ATL job. He obviously had a connection there. It's not like he moved mountains to add Buff and Ladd. He obviously was a part of building that Chicago team which I acknowledge.

The Chicago dismantling is what happens to all great teams in the age of the Salary cap . You just can't keep all the great young Talent, when they are due for new contracts . Whether you acknowledge or not, he is very well respected and will probably get the Next GM job that opens up . Why not here ? Unless you want to keep Darcy ? Just going with the Flow here . He has Buffalo roots ( he played and coached here ) and would be an outstanding GM if a change is made , why not him ?

I hope they still sell Leopold and Stafford before the trade deadline . The rest I can wait if they are in a real race for a playoff spot . You can win the cup finishing in 8th and if you get hot at the right time . Just look what happened last year.
