I don't think this board is capable of it. Cheaper to redirect and have the actual image hosted somewhere else. Saves server space.
You would have to have it hosted somewhere and copy the "image URL"
So upload picture to some site or board that accepts it (twitter should work). Go to the page it is hosted on and right click to "copy image URL"
Click the Img button below and put the past the url between img and /img (there are buttons below that do that automatically) img needs to be between - fattybeef[] and likewise for /img
Got it thanks, and thanks for the pic

Who knows the needs and money available of each team next summer? There might be plenty of teams willing to pay. What about Tyler Myers? Is he that much better than PK? Look at his contract! He has basically sucked this year. Al said is a once a generation type of puck moving dman that you must hold onto. Detroit might come knocking with an offer sheet. They need a Dman - Greek7
True, but why didn't Detroit pick PK last summer if they are throwing around QO's. They have plenty of cap space this year....... I think these QO's are desperate, not many teams use them. Plenty of teams are going to have very little cap space next year. I am not saying no one will do it. I am just wondering to my self why everyone is resigned to the fact that it will happen. This is something that happens very rarely in this league. PK's contract and some others will point to a market for this Leddy contract. |

My question is if no one gave PK a QO why do we assume teams are lining up for Leddy? - droe411
I would imagine the Hjalmerson and more recently the O'Reilly offer sheets are on people's minds. |

Teams plans and financial obligations change year to year. They might see Leddy as a better fit. Who knows? |

Yep, nervous nellies. These offer sheets are very rare though. Cap space will be at a minimum for a lot of teams next year. |

>JJ, are you hearing SBow and Q are on the same page?
>Carcillo gets two year deal but Q sits him for his inability to play his position in his own zone (which I agree with) and Bollig is just a better hockey player
>Jammer is resigned and has nothing in the tank and he is one of the Q boys
>So each of them have created a dead roster spot
>Together they have a poor track record of getting the right kind of gritty player needed |

Rare yes but not out of the question. A team like Calgary or Edmonton who have cap space can offer him a contract the Hawks can't match, mind you if it's Edmonton we may end up with the first overall pick!
I'm sure Bowman doesn't want to go into reaction mode should Leddy be offer sheeted. |

Not a comment directed at you personally, but in general, I think outside of some blockbuster that nets huge assets now, you focus on winning the cup right now and deal with RFA/OS crap in the summer.
The variables (legitimate) many mention are just wayyy tooo far out there right now to even plan for or manage.
The onus is on Leddy to have a solid season to give himself max value. |

From what I hear there are differences of opinion in the organization surrounding guys like Scott, Bollig, Mayers, Carcillo.
Mayers is a Q guy. Stanley, I'm told, loves Bollig.
BTW, credit Mayers with a lot of Kane's maturation. Apparently he has taken the young man under his wing and the message has gotten through. |

Leddy has put together a solid season so far...for a 3rd pairing defenseman. Most nights Leddy doesn't have to play against the other team's top 2 lines. It's hard to say at this point how he'd do against the likes of Getzlaf/Perry, Thornton/Marleau, Sedins, etc on a nightly basis. Leddy may do well, but he's not ready to supplant any of our top 4 (yet). |

I still say Stan should call Detroit and say - Keith for Zetterberg. Fills needs of both teams. Bolland can then be traded.
What's the worst that can happen? |

I'd like to see Mayers stay on after this season in some head office / coaching capacity. I think he'd be a great hockey guy to keep in the organization. |

No thanks. As good as Zetterberg is this just creates a big hole in our defense, Leddy is not ready to replace Keith. I doubt Detroit does this deal either. |

This is why you're hearing things trickle about him being involved in trade talks, whether initiated by the Hawks ior other teams. Other teams are not dumb and know Bowman has 4 FAs to get signed, all of whom have stepped up this year, might also be aware of the whole Neil Sheehy thing.
Hawks might want trade whispers out there to motivate Leddy to sign now. And/or they might legitimately want to explore what is out there in terms of offers because they DEFINITELY want to avoid the offer sheet situation. |

If the Hawks put Keith up for trade next summer, what kind of return do you think they would get? |

Leddy is ready to replace Keith on the PP. Leddy + another Dman is ready to replace Keith's minutes. |
