The picks the hawks would get would be for the following draft. If leddy signs an offer this summer, hawks would get 2014 draft picks. Agree that Florida might have a high pick again, but I don't think buffalo is that far away from being in the top 8.

Leddy should be a priority for the Hawks and they should exhaust many options on how to keep him. But if he does get an offer sheet close to 5 million,then what? We will be screwed. who does not get re signed or who goes? Bolland definitely needs to go this offseason but who else? Some quickly say Sharp, but who replaces him? Kruger needs to be re signed. Stalberg's speed kills? Can they resign him and keep Leddy?

If they re sign Leddy for close to 5 million if he is offered, I believe one of our top 4 other D men must go. Oduya would be my first choice but that might be not enough for managing the cap.

Again, that isn't what he said. Those were names being thrown out there as possible pieces for a trade between Chicago and Montreal not THAT is the trade proposal.

Those names that JJ heard are all possible. What if the Montreal GM said, I will trade you Max for Leddy and Saad? or Leddy and Sharp? It does not mean that the Hawks will or will not bite. Names are always bantied about in discussions. In this case, it is just the names that JJ is hearing for no particular combinations

Side note, I believe and hoping that the biggest favor Bergevin will do for Hawks is the fact that he signed Subban for 2 years for 2.75 mil. That and Mc Donaughs deal in NY, will give the Hawks some leverage in keeping Leddys term/pay reasonable.

I don't think this board is capable of it. Cheaper to redirect and have the actual image hosted somewhere else. Saves server space.

You would have to have it hosted somewhere and copy the "image URL"

So upload picture to some site or board that accepts it (twitter should work). Go to the page it is hosted on and right click to "copy image URL"

Click the Img button below and put the past the url between img and /img (there are buttons below that do that automatically) img needs to be between [] and likewise for /img

Who knows the needs and money available of each team next summer? There might be plenty of teams willing to pay. What about Tyler Myers? Is he that much better than PK? Look at his contract!
