Im currently enrolled in community college courses. nothing wrong with that. And Im like 6 classes away from a 4 year degree at a 4 year school too. All depends on what you want to do and how it will work out for you.
- JoeRussomanno

Not at all, I'm actually pretty convinced its better. Too many kids I know are having their parents send boatloads to LaSalle and Temple, yet they are on their 3rd major thinking about switching to liberal arts because they have no idea what to do. Granted I'm a business major, sticking with it and 2 classes 6 credits away from my A.A. Degree and I've already been accepted to LaSalle Newton in their business program. So I'm set, had the benefit of only spending 2 grand a semester instead of 14. And I'm no worse for the wear.

What you taking? You were the cop on here also eh?

Nursing school is bunk, but the girl I sit next to gets stressed and takes valium like pez. Makes for very interesting classes. I go with the jellyfish method.

I was a babysitter but I wore a badge yes. Nursing isn't bad as our economy (yes I know you're canadian but you guys are in a similar boat as us) is what I view as a service based economy, in contrast to the manufacturing based economy. Simply put if its something that someone needs on a repetitive basis, it will be in demand. The medical field definitely fits the bill and no I'm not in that field either. I'm studying automotive. Want to open my own shop eventually. Besides I've always been a bit of a gear head.

I did 2.5 years at university myself before taking some time off.

I find everyone preaches university/college but a huge portion of it is simply a money making scam. So many BS degrees, that leave you with huge debt. University also wasnt good for me regarding drugs. I got into it, but clean ever since I left.

Haha she's somewhat of a growing Flyer fan so I'll only further "break her in" for now.

She didnt understand why I was upset when she told me that. Is this hockeystreams site free? Or bootleg like my p2p.eu .

I paid 99 for the year, although you can do a daily, weekly, monthly, 3 and 6 month packages. I just got my tax return though and I was all paid up with school so I treated myself for the year. If you have the time and enjoy killing time watching hockey it's worth it.

Ill plead the 5th, moderation is key.

But it really is a scam, especially if you aren't 100 percent sure what you wanted to do. I knew what I wanted to do with certainty, and I still went the community college route for financial saving purposes.

Im in a 2 year lisenced practical nursing program. One below the highest level but above the lowest. I may upgrade later, but I am also not a school guy. I get really annoyed at staying in all the time, and having to roll with the same routine.

Your cost is a dream, Im paying $17,000 a year. Manitoba gives you 60% rebate if you work here for some years after graduating but I dont plan on it long term. I asked a couple weeks back how easy it would be to move to the US with a medical career a few weeks back but none of these goofs answered me.

Fear of living next to the peanut I believe.

I'm a firm believer in the two year community college plan. Nothing wrong with it whatsoever. Its funny because there are some professors even at my school, that seem to look down at us with their nicely framed PHD's. I could care less. Good luck at Lasalle!

it is a scam... unfortunately, even when you pick what you really want, you have to take courses that have absolutely jack poop nothing to do with what you are majoring in, so you can be a "well rounded individual". I can give you a well rounded individual if you give me a box of twinkies... oh wait nevermind

Caps win!

But here's hoping Calgary doesnt totally tank it when they move Iggy. Hoping the Avs can get it together a little more too with O'Reilly back.

Considering the level of trolling from your fanbase of late, you could post naked pictures of Kathy Bates and be an improvement.
