You're soooo lost. Lindstom isn't better than Ray "had to leave the bruins to win a cup" Bourque? HAHAHA Lidstrom NEVER missed the playoffs and won multiple cups without having to leave his organization to jump on the backs of Sakic and Forsberg. GTFO. And this is coming from an oiler fan who firmly believes Coffee is better than Bourque. Lindstrom is arguably the greatest defender to ever live.

I would have to go with Bobby Orr hands down , regardless of the ''era''.

lidstrom red wing teams were far deeper that any bourque team. other than the "run" the bruins had in the late 80's. they were good in the early 90's but ran into lemieux and jagr in the conference finals. other than that the bruins were mediocre at best while bourque was there. towards the end they were horrible.

I wasn't saying bobby Orr was worse. I never had the pleasure to watch him. But i did watch Lidstrom and Bourque. I just dont think theres an argument for Bourque.

Anyone else surprised that Pitts is doing so well without that superstar Jordan Staal??? HE WAS THE BEST 3rd LINE CENTER IN THE WORLD!!!!!!

Oh wait.. I'm not surprised because he isn't that important to their team. And it was good they unloaded that useless contract

Rumours are picking up steam now. Moves are slowly starting to trickle in, with the D'Agostini trade just announced.

Contrary to what Eklund has reported LAK have not and never have asked about Jarome Iginla, nor has Iginla provided a list of team to management.

To date the only teams to have inquired about Iginla have been BOS, PIT, and PHI.

Gaborik to VAN is also picking up steam, NYR just want to be rid of his contract so if it happens, expect something like this.

To VAN: Marian Gaborik
To NYR: Mason Raymond, roster player, 2nd or 3rd round pick, mid level prospect.

Can't wait to see the look on some of your legs when the Flames get ridiculous return for Jaybo and Iggy

newsflash, Calgary is allowed to retain some of Jaybo's salary. Jaybo at 5 million is likely the most sought after player at the deadline.
