lol good memories at the canyon. I always make a side trip there.. High falls too if i have the time. I went there on a trip with my forestry class and my teacher said "okay, nobody throw any rocks... aww (frank) it" hahah too late.

And Sid gets 12 milly next year on one of those 12 year contracts. Gino's will top out at 8 years and will be higher/yr because of the shorter term (no declining years on the back end).

That's why I'm a firm believer that, outside a first year base contract, all contracts should be year to year and based on the prior years performance.

I guarantee you'd have players giving 100% all the time since their production governs their salary.

Even to match Sids contract over the next 8 years would equal 86 milly. That'll be about 10.75 per year for Gino if he's willing to sign that kind of 'team friendly' deal.
