Take a look at his even strength points from last year, though: he had 41 - one less than Eric Staal and Joe Pavelski.

He's not as bad as some of you haterzzzz are making him out to be.

The point is at 5.5 and the 2 seasons of 50+ points he is overpaid, most couldnt believe he got that much at the time. With RC he is primarily a shutdown guy which makes his 5.5 ever more out of wack.

So Grabavski is a fine player, its just that if he is now our shutdown Center, we can get someone who does much of the same for much cheaper.

Yeah, great he's in the same category as Stepan, Prospal, Henrique, Plecanek, Stastny at Centre. Thing is, those guys either make less then him or have a much better track record. I'll repeat this again, he's 29 and never had 60 points in his career. Where exactly do you see his career arc going?
