Burke did a good job with this team, and i respect him for that. Yeah blah blah blah kessel trade, but hows the schenn for JVR trade now looking - Mapleleafs_91
Kessel trade would look like a steal if Ottawa didn`t give up Chara for Redden! |

Flyers getting jagr? or are the rangers getting jagr? and whats all this talks about the rangers wanting to trade gaborik? Man the rangers are (frank)ed up, they always trade everyone. They deal with players, big salary players in the worst possible way ever. EX: redden, gomez, drury, jagr, etc - Mapleleafs_91
Yeah, just what the Flyers need, another old fart...I read a little about that Gaborik situation and it seems he's not happy with how they are treating him (lines, ice time, etc)... |

He did pretty good on the flyers, i know id want him on the leafs over guys like mac or kulemin taking up a spot despite jagrs age. Jagr is very clutch, yes greedy, but when it comes a time to shine he becomes very useful.
Yeah they do that to all their players that are signed to big contracts and eventually become irrelevant. New York is a good place to sign? MY ASS - Burke, so here players of the future in the UFA market, when you sign a major deal with the rangers long term, if you ever have an off season or become poop or not doing well in one season, you will be traded |

Have a hard time buying any trade rumours from a guy who writes GrAbovski gets sent out to take key faceoffs. Equals never watching a game Zwolinski. |

That's odd, I could swore he retired 2 years ago... - Flyfreaky
I thought Ribero retired as a Hab years ago when in the playoffs vs the Bruins he layed on the ice pretending to be hurt, than he got up & had a smirky, weasel smile on his face. |

I don't think so but whatever floats your boat |

Oh i forgot you guys picked up gagne flyers wont trade for jagr maybe the rangers, are conducting a trade with dallas, jagr+ for gaborik?
Id LOVE TO SEE JAGR go back to the pens. JAGR and Crosby
Pens should pick him up most definitely if they want a winger for crosby.
Your guys defense is locked up with hefty salaries |

Makes sense to me, do it now Nonis. I think McPhee would do it. The Caps are going to lose Ribero as a UFA so they know he aint re-signing. With that move Kadri will get promoted to the 2nd line. Bozak either moves to the 3rd line or he gets dealt. I would say with his faceoff dominance, he'd be good on the 3rd line.
One note, Kadri actually did indeed get promoted to 2nd line center by RC today.
Grabbo aint no 3rd line center & hell be wasted on the 4th line. Grabbo is the odd man out. - GCHonda
just because they have cap space, doesn't mean they're willing to spend it recklessly, which is what acquiring Grabovski would be. Grabovski is virtually untradeable until he starts playing the kind of hockey that earned him that contract. |
