Not enough PIMs...

Recently I've looked at Mirco Mueller(D, Everett), Nicolas Petan (C, Portland), & Madison Bowey (D, Kelowna)

Just asked a WHL scout for a brief on Petan I have them for the other 2.

Barkov is solid.

Get-in-linen and select Ristolainen?

Be the wurst for Nurse?

- wilsonecho91

Biggest issue I see and heard with Barkov is his skating, he not a speed burner by any means.

I asked Bill a ways back about Ristolainen he seemed to like him.

In the clips I've seen, which is all I've seen, he tends to score his goals from about 2 feet in and closer. I don't think he's the right fit for what the Flyers need, but will be beast to move from in front of the net.

I like his game but not sure they'd look at him either.

Just curious if anyone values hartnell to much to trade? I don't but his antics against Pitt would be missed for sure

- ob18

Have they signed him? They aren't going to sign him.

It's hard to say, without knowing what's in the brain of other GMs. If somebody wants him and is willing to give good value, I'd be open to it.

Doesn't matter where the Flyers draft, Homer is picking center Bo Horvat.

One scouting report - What makes him so good is that he’s an unselfish, two-way player — he has no problem being a defensive player...he was an assistant captain...preceded that with being given the captaincy of Team Ontario...and he needs to work on his foot speed...he’s got good speed, but it’s one of those things that he’s going to be working on.

Sounds like a no-brainer.

Yeah he's got some game, earlier in the season the talk was he didn't show it every night but that changed as the season went on.

Can't wait for Devin Shore to pan out for the Stars so we can lament that trade.

With the emergence of Simmonds, it's not as far fetched as it would have been a year or so ago, but he has a NTC and right now, they'd be selling low on him.

I'm well n the record before bobs hot streak as stating we should have stuck with bob and never got bryz. Amazing how these young Unproven no experience goalies make bryz look more and more like a major dumb a$$ move.
