I don't think Vanek is lazy. I think he's hurt. He looks like he's skating in sand. That being said, I think it's time to get rid of him, because his lack of durability can be just as much of an achilles heel as laziness. - buffalofan19
He is hurt a lot. but for were he is most of the game would cause that. Not this season. how many tip in goals does he have this year.

His durability has always been an issue even from his days in college. It's the way he plays the game. His body and hands are made to play the game the way someone like Hossa or Gaborik plays it but all the down low work and standing in front of the net on the PP has taken a toll on his not so strong body.

Its pretty obvious that the majority of Garth's errors are typos on the keyboard. The K key is right below the I key. It appears that Garth completely missed the K key which lead to capitalizing the I key. Garth's errors arent in his spelling and grammar. We all make them. His error is not reviewing his article and editing the mistakes. - theblueandgold
Which is exactly my point....if I was working as a journalist to any degree I'd make sure I don't look illiterate and check my work.

Flynn will be gone after this year with Rolston. He is a marginal player. Not picking on him but if they are playing porter of flynn instead ogf Grigo its gross mismanagement. I know grigo is gonna struggle. 12 minutes a night with top 9 forwards and by fall we mave have had a new impact player

The wings went 42 years without a cup. Suffering a stretch of missing the playoffs 16 out of 20 seasons. Replace any Original 6 team with another franchise, and they wouldve had a cup during the Original 6 era as they all did.

He is a very marginal player. Without a ton of upside. He is ok on the third line.
Very excited to be here. After about 10 games his true game will come out.
At this point I guess its something to debate. Its sad when a callup gets a rise.
