My take: they are trying a number of incremental changes to try and get the team moving. Ruff was big, followed by two smaller moves once it appeared Rolston was stalling too: First Grigs goes back (should have after 5 games but it's not my money) now Brennan gets moved - these are preceding moves to larger ones if the guys continue to coast, IMO.

One of the core will be next, should management feel it's necessary, and IMO it will start the beginning of the end for Darcy when it happens.

Alex Kovalev has won a cup, not exactly a font of accountability.

I don't know about the rest, never played with him. It just seems like we (and me included) elevate the guy to mythical status sometimes. It's easy to look good when you're winning most of your games I guess.
