Nix isn't getting fired...he is most likely stepping down after the draft...and I wouldnt be suprised if Whaley is calling more of the draft shots at this point - Sabres2012CUP
would he become a scout or head of scouting? |

IMO, QB is the most important player on your team and I want no part of Geno Smith or Matt Barkley. - SABRES 89
it certainly is.....I didnt want Smith but he's growing on me. He's the only one I'd be ok with at 8. |

Funny, I think Barkley would be a good choice.
I am really intrigued by Tyler Bray from Tennessee. Watch Coradelle Patterson hightlights and see his arm strength/accuracy from all types of positions. |

thats what i figured cause i left buffalo in 2003 and they werent anything at all i mena it was can and nia and bonna was the only cbb ud hear - hubie
They got to the MAC Championship game in 2005 and blew a 19 point lead and lost in overtime (I was at that game, freshman year of college).
They also lost in the MAC Championship game in 2009.
They had the #2 overall seed last year and a double bye, but lost to Ohio, who made a deep run in the NCAA tournament last year. The legend that was Clark Kellogg's kid grew. |

I actually agree with the philosophy that you keep drafting quarterbacks until you hit on one. It's that important. For example, you take Geno Smith, and if he flubs, you draft Teddy Bridgewater next year, and so on, and so forth. |

So we traded an AHL player and got a 5th? Ok.
When are the other AHL players going to be traded or waived?
Gerbe.
Weber.
Hecht.
Stafford.

Teddy Bridgewater out of Louisville will be a #1 overall pick if he stays healthy. There's no doubt about it. |
