Despres and/or Morrow cannot be moved until Letang situation is settled. The other guys aren't far enough along yet to bridge the gap on a potential Letang departure.

Mid June Shero is going to offer Letang a contract that is an 8 year version of Staal's. if he accepts great, if not, well you know where it goes from there.

There's a reason Shero took Pouliot 8th and Maatta 22nd. There's also a reason Hockey Futures ranks Pouliot as our top prospect, ahead of even Despres. I'll leave it at that.

I'm just glad Shero makes the decisions for this team and not people that frequent this blog.

I never said Offense was the weakness. Im just saying if the goaltending sucks then they will need to score extra goals. You can't tell me that Iginla wouldn't be good with crosby. Come on.
Remember the 2010 playoffs vs Montreal? A terrible team with good goaltending beat the Penguins. If they run into a hot goalie, the extra offense always comes in handy.
