Yes we do. We need as many top 6 centers as we can get. Flames are not getting a top line center unless they draft one. That will take years until he is ready for top line duties.

Next year go with Backlund, Spooner and Stajan. Not great but a step in the right direction.

I dont see us getting that much back, as much as i would love it.

I don't know, a top 3 D and 3rd liner who has been on pace 2yrs running for 20+ G. @ legit NHL's signed beyond this year should bring more than 1 prospect who isn't out of the CHL yet and a late 1st. I think there would be better deals out there for this package.

So far Pittsburgh leads the votes for Iginla...not that it really means anything but out of 700 people 30% feel Iginla ends up in Pitsburgh.

I'm pretty sure morrow isn't going anywhere. Pens are really high on him. He is better than despres.

I'm saying Stemp is worth a little credit on top of the 2nd. Gio is a solid NHL'r and a top 3 D, worth 1 solid prospect and a good prospect

well yeah goaltending was absolute garbage in that series, but both teams need serious help on defence, which is why i think Giordano would be more valuable for Pittsburgh to aquire than Iginla.
