Lindback had NO chance on that one. It's only 1 goal, so we'll see in the third.

In all fairness, Nabokov has made some pretty damn good saves.

That's all fine and good, but 14 shots through 2.5 periods is never going to be good enough. ***Unless we're playing the Panthers....

I already know this game and this season are a wash, I am really enjoying watching the future play so well. Gudas, Conacher, Killorn, Palat and Lindback. In all reality, Brewer, Lee, MAB, Malone and Hall need to go. No FA players, just bring up Barberio, Connolly, Helenuis and Panik.

No puck luck, Nabokov played well. I have ALMOST nothing bad to say about this game. Defense looked good, Lindback looked great and Nabokov was very strong. Our offense was not on the top of there game and the sthots were down, but look at the actual scoring chances, that's a better tell then shot totals. We played better today then the win against Florida. I guess we win a game we didn't deserve and lose a game we could've won. Crap happens, look to the future and it looks good.

Well said. Basically summed up exactly what was in my head.

Gudas and Lindback specifically were great. Thought Stamkos had an off-ish night, and Johnson needs to work on his face-offs (could've have just been first game jitters too, don't know).

If so start with Boucher and his assistants. Lose Lee, MAB, Brewer, Hall bring up Panik and Connelly leave the rest of the kids up. Johnson showed me nothing tonight but it was only one game. Why can't this team shoot the puck and pass crisply all game not just the third.Lindback is improving all the time. A game they needed with the Canes losing.

The only players I see traded are Brewer and Malone. Lee, Hall and MAB will be UFA's. I'm more optimistic now, then 5 games ago. Relax brother, Mr. Yzerman has a plan and us small mortals no nothing about. I see it, therefore I must go into hiding.

Killorn Lecavalier St Louis- secondary
Panik Thompson Palat- energy and points
Crombeen Pyatt Labre- heavy hitters and face-off man.

Hedman Salo- top defensive line

I honestly can't see Connolly not make this team next season. Camp in the fall sure is gonna be interesting with all the guys from Syracuse looking for spots.

Maybe drop Pyatt, bump Thompson and Palat down, and add Johnson and Connolly in to the 3rd?

Yard sale yes, fire sale no. Malone and Brewer traded, but Hall, Lee and MAB will not (or shouldn't) be resigned.

Well I mean, try and get something for Malone and Brewer, ANYTHING for Lee and MAB. Hall's someone I think should be looked at twice before letting go of, though I'd trade him away right now if given something in return.
