They need 4 points on this Florida trip if they want to keep their slim playoff hopes alive. They are so gun shy to call up any of their young prospects because of the way they handled Bailey & Nino in the past They could actually use some of these kids for a game or two to give them a taste and to all so maybe boost this team a little. You get the feeling they don't think making the playoffs is a priority this year. It's almost like if we make it this year great, if not no biggie

If by the chance Wang sells and we get a real GM and coach, the playoffs are not so far. Any team that has JT on the roster is a threat even with a lineup like this. Just look at how were three points out with Boyes on the first line.

the new alignment makes no sense. Why is there two more teams in the east? How does a team make the playoffs? Best 4 teams from each division? Kind of unfair since we have an extra team in our division while the west has one less team. Anyone else confused?

more teams in the east..because there are more teams located in the east..they had to get teams in the eastern time zone into the eastern conference...the national league and american league do not have the same number of teams

this team is two top 6 forwards and 2 top 4 dmen away from the playoffs...its not that far off..once again look at the oilers..they are a hot mess...the kings and blackhawks were bad for a LONG time...i understand everyones frustration but this team for all its faults is getting there (slowly)
