expected a low scoring and a better outing...not sure they could play any worse...but Bobro has been good. Quite the save on Keith...that is going in more often than not. But over all don't like the pace of this gme...it is to the bluejacket liking...

You know what pisses me off - We watch Aucoin play here in Chicago and the guy would spend more time in the box than on the ice. Tonight, he loses his stick, grabs and holds a guy in the defensive zone, and no call. In this day and age on the NHL being tighter on holding and interference, this guy gets away with more than ever.

That stopped two weeks into the season. Hawks have been getting mugged on blue line entries for weeks without calls

I have columbus feed. These guys are like the Cub radio guys, Talking about nonsense, and you can hear the fans groan and cheer. Wondering what is going on...what are they watching?

This is what the Hawks will get the rest of the way - slow them down at the blue line, negate their speed.

Actually, I think the Hawks have done pretty well in the O and D zones.

EKOLB. I try to see 10-12 Rockford games/yr so thank you for your input.

While dmen prospects often require more developmental time -- particularly repitition until it becomes automatic where to.go with puck when experiencing forecheck pressure-- your evaluation was a tad more harsh than I expected. Your input please on two other ideas:

Morin. Would he always be too selfish/not use teamattea or distribute puck IF he were to get an opportunity on a top two offensive line. His skating still a drawback if a team wants each line to attack with speed. Yet Morin has such a good shot as to be invisible until last minute of game, then he gets a good look and game over. He also has a mean streak, which is a positive for him.

The other idea: would Hayes be motivated to Q's audition of him as a Bufuglien net presence role like in 2010 playoffs. He has reach but like Buff wants to be an offensive force before a physical presence.
