I meen he just became 100% a month ago he needs a bit longer IMO.

It doesnt Matter he is easily better than Kostka Fraser Liles Especially Holzer and id say overall better than franson even though him and Fraser have played exremely well. You Put your best players on the ice. I get that he needed some conditioning but he's been ready for 3 weeks already.

I'm not arguing just stating possible reason. I want gards back up and Carlyle and his everyone plays the right side is dumb. If you have six Paul coffeys and six fraser's you play all the coffeys doesn't matter what hand they shoot

He's 23 years old. He's put up what, 6 points in 10 NHL games? If he can't play 3rd line at 23, he's never going to make it.

Have to wait until trade deadline, I seem to recall Nonis saying they want to have a look at a few guys, I think he was referring to Ashton, Colborne and one other which slips my mind at the moment.

I love Colborne and he's on fire right now but i dunno if he's ready yet

Liles is a mobile puck mover, bench Kostka or Holzer for a couple games and use Liles. Lets face it, Lupul should be back soon, which means someone needs to be sent down or traded. Holzer is the only 1 that can be sent down. Unless Leafs have a trade on the horizon Gardiner will probably stay put for a little while.

Time in the AHL for this young grasshopper will do him well.

I'd think that if Bozak goes this off season, Colborne has a decent shot at the no. 3 centre next year.

Hell, if we move Bozak at the dealine this year we may as well bring Joe up

Did the tree planting gig in uni.....3000 trees a day at 8 to 12 cents a tree. Lots of university babes....they got a little hairy, but man were they fit. Some chicks could plant 3000- to 4000 trees. Man I miss those days....good times.

At the end of last year Gardiner was top 4. He's healthy so why are the Leafs playing a no 5 or 6 guy in the top 2 instead of him.
