Matt Stajan is 5th forward on the team in icetime. They HAVE to get him the (frank) off the ice.
- honesthockey

He was 3rd, and #1 C.

And again always the justifications. So why is he on the ice more then any other forward?
- honesthockey

So he's better than Kessel???

More important question for the Hockeybuzz dads:

Who would you rather do: Sophia the First or Princess Amber?

if a donkey takes 3 poops and I eat the middle one it doesn't mean the middle one was the best one. It's still poop.

Most ice out of any Leaf forward. Someone thinks so.

I don't hate Bozak at all, but to go from where they are now to where the cup is they still need major upgrades at the centre position. The wing is actually alright, and anything added there like a Perry or what ever else only bolsters further. The D needs to be upgraded some too. It might even be as simple as even younger guys coming in and filling those roles. Trade em both for picks and make a huge play on a real number one somewhere in the summer and roll Colbourne in to get a good look at him for a bit.

I think we need major upgrades in the top 6. Need a Perry type to lead the charge. We've been waiting for that 1c for 3 years. He isn't there. But better 1R and 1L's are.

Your argument that icetime dictates how good you are. If bozak is our best forward because he plays the most, then the same applies to crosby?

Wow just watched the game - taped it last night...I traded teams...it's been nice getting to know you leafs fans...from what I seen..we are about 50 years from a good team..Phaneuf...wow..can't even stand up when he shoots, he's an embarrassment to hockey let alone being a LEAFS CAPTAIN ..fights the weakest bum in the league and gets a draw...Reimer might as well not wear a glove and skates like he shyte his pants...Kostka should be the one going down and Gardiner back up...I'm going to say it right now..there's about a 75% chance the leafs will miss the playoffs again this year and next and next..

GO CBJ GO

Where does that say he's the best forward? It doesn't you wanna read that but it doesn't. It says that Carlyle obviously see's him different then most on this board.

Not at all and I'd have no problem if we got a center that could perform the role better. Been 3 years.

And there you have it. If that's the comparison you wanna use then you think that Grabovski and Kadri are obviously useless as well bc they can't take that spot.
