The loudness really isnt there. Sabres fans are just weak when it comes to cheering. Too many season ticket holders who bought them back in 05/06 when we were the most exciting team in hockey and now just sit there IMO. There are plenty of bad teams that still have fans that cheer. I can see why players dont want to play here, all the fans do is criticize and when you play games in front of packed houses you can hear a pin drop.

And if that really bothers our current players then they need to be shipped out. A team that's dead last in PP and the opposing team scores a SH goal and you don't expect people to boo? At least the fans realize this team sucks, I'd rather have that then a crowd that supports losing.

If the Sabres are smart, they'll toss the rest of the season from this point and go for a top 3 pick. Make a trade with LA involving Bernier and Regehr. And try to get two Top-5 picks.

Bernier is young and already getting hot and if we can get two top-5's I'll be very pleased....

Two tops 5's is pretty tough to do. Acummulate the picks and on draft day trade em around get 1 in top 5 1 in top 10 bam
