Take Nelson out of the equation and replace Bogosian with Dustin Byfuglien and you may have something.
Jethro, read my last post on our previous blog. Tell me what you think. - SCLI
I like Buff, better than Bogosian, but I don't see WPG trading Buff. |

If people complain about Joensuu's man-boobs, this board will explode when they see Byfuglien's rack |

I see Kane turning into the player we all hoped KO was going to be.
A Physical top 6 forward that puts up good numbers and will drop the gloves if need be but doesnt go looking for a fight.
Kane's only 22. I can see him maturing into 60-80 point per season in a few years. |

How true that is. I really beleive we are the softest team ever to play in the NHL. It is really bad. thank God for MArtin |

I agree but the Islanders would probable put him on the fourth line with REasoner and Boulton. You know a checking line |

based on some of the personalities we have here, something tells me there is multiple means to "explode" |

We could have Cartner, Boulton, Gallant, and Martin in the line up and we'd still have a soft team with 4 tough guys.
You get what I'm saying? |

Its not just toughness. Its results. Kane produces and plays with an edge. If he just ran around on the ice and played with an edge but put nothing up on the scoresheet, I wouldn't want him. I want guys who play tough, but also show up on the scoresheet. They're hard to come by. |

But I dont care what he looks like.
The guy can flat out play "D" and he got his name on the Cup!
Jesse on the other hand. Seems the biggest thing he's accomplished in his career is a "D" Cup! |

Jonseau was on fire in finnish league before he got hurt. and its a pretty competitive league. Tighting up your Manzeers fellas, Jesse hitting the lineup.
Grabner loss will be felt and agree - get ready for skid to begin.
he is way more important than people realize.
Have no worries, Okposo and Reasoner ill pick up his MINUTES. Problem solved.
actually come to think of it, isles have been one of the healthiest teams in NHL this year and we still not in top 8 in east. Sad.

Getting my trade juices flowing. What about this deal?
To NYI: Zach Bogosian, Evander Kane
To WPG: Strome, Reinhart, 2014 First rounder, one of Lee/Nelson
Discuss. - Jethro09
Think you given up alittle too much but i would do it.
Evander Kane is and will be better than anyone on this list for long time. And he is tough. |
