Very few are IMO, everyone's just waiting for them to fall apart. The press is being careful not to go crazy like they did when they ended first under Carbonneau. They don't want to look like fools again.

Saying the team has depth is not saying they are contenders, because I don't think the Habs are contenders just yet, and I don't think adding a rental can solve that.

I'm not even talking Cup contenders. Just that they got younger and they are playing an aggressive exciting style, scoring goals, coming back for wins, etc. Fun to watch is all.

Exactly and its not like the competition has been stellar either. I think they are a decent club with some glaring holes and if they have a chance to upgrade, they do it. If it means Pleks or DD then do it. I'd rather they target a guy like Clarkson than Morrow or Clowe and Clowe over Morrow.
