My favorite thing about Renaud Lavoie is when he does English interviews on RDS and then translates the response and completely changes what the answers were.

I'm starting to think this should have been your answer to the initial question.

Body parts case: Luka Magnotta’s lawyers want public, media barred from preliminary inquiry

maybe?

Yeah, not sure what happened to him. I'd take Plekanec over Stastny any day at the moment.

Still don't understand why they couldn't find a good bilingual interviewer...I'm sure most of the time players don't understand a word he said and make up a random answer

You know what Marvin? I find it disingenuous, that you come here on a daily basis and insult me without hesitation, yet you cry in other realms non-stop becasue I did not respond to your text message quickly enough.

edit: it's what I love about you most though.

- dt99999

You are the one that started off the crying in the other realms about not responding .. and then responding with "R".

Sincerely not yours,

i think you have to but it's not as easy a call as it would seem. Karlsson obviously blows Subban out of the water in terms of offensive production. difference is though, that if you're down by a goal or tied with a minute left, you want them both on the ice. but if you're up by a goal with a minute left? you're not putting Karlsson out there but you want Subban out there. different players but Karlsson is the gamebreaker of the two.
- DoubleDown

Would Karlsson be allowed to do what he does now in Montreal's system? probably not, he'd be asked to tone it down a bit and play more within the team concept...

Would Subban play as well as he's playing now were he to have more freedom out there? Probably not, we've seen how he gets too excited out there and creates turnovers when he's allowed to do whatever...

I think both players fit their respective team's system better than they would the other team's...but I do think Karlsson would have a better transition to Montreal's system that Subban would to Ottawa's...

Karlsson could probably do whatever the (frank) he wants because he won the Norris trophy by playing the way he does and he gets a poopload of points.
