Yeah, tried and hated it when I was 11. I just liked to wander everywhere so I did not really understand the 3-day rule. Now I think it's among the best three Zeldas ever.

holy Cripes I'm in rough shape guys. too much drink last night. I lost
my room keys. fell down and smashed up my elbows and knee. got up in the middle of the night and ended up locking myself out of my room and ending up in the lobby in my underwear. had to ask for a second replacement key. I just started sobering up about an hour ago.
