no i never have. i've suffered through enough at work to never allow one in my home. besides i can't imagine asking guests at my house for money.

So if Saturday I had friends over, we split the fee for the GSP fight and I made dinner (burgers..etc) and charged them a little. Am I considered cheap by your standards ?

Ok for splitting the fee for the fight if it was agreed beforehand.

As for the burgers... cheap ass.

We're all still in "students" mode....all in appartments...I'm not gonna host events that'll cost me 300$ when I need that money to buy a (frank)ing house...still cost me more than them but I thought it was normal they paid a little since it took me 2 hours to prepare dinner and I'm left with a poopton of dishwashing to do...

this poop depends. are you guys students?

i just think that for adults, gainfully employed, when you invite people into your home, you should provide for them and not expect anything more than a bottle of wine or a dessert in return.
