Did once. Think it was a leg or shoulder. Don't know. Was still good though.

I'd rather go with tenderloin.... great cut, yet not overly expensive.

Only saw him play in the AHL, he's good overall. Worth more than a 5th rounder IMO.

But seemed to stagnate at the NHL level, and never really could reach it.

Shoulder, leg, butt is what i've used. Pork tenderloin is very lean and rather flavourless compared to other cuts.
