Cut it in chunks. A bit of beer is all you need and it sure as (frank) ain't wasted with how it improves your steak.

They opened a Steak House here, maybe we should have waited a bit more but my Friend and I went there during their first month, and I was pretty disappointed for the price I paid. Plate was cold and the steak weren't cooked like we ordered.

If you guys ever come by Sherbrooke, avoid Méchant Steak on Wellington.

Lightly with MTL steack spice, little garlic powder.

Budddy finishes them with some melted butter, it tastes ok, but I'm not into that.
