Just give it away. Less hassle.

I figure if I put it up there for 50 someone with a truck might want to pick it up.

saw the same on one there for 200

You can't sell/give away car seats manufactured prior to Jan 1/2012. At least that's what Kijiji told me when I was selling mine.

Agreed.
If it's a bunch of crap then you could have a garage sale and try and get rid of it all. My wife wants to have one of these every year. I tell her I'm not wasting a Saturday in the summer trying to haggle with Paki's and Mennonites. I'm going golfing.

Needless to say my garage is full of useless junk.

car seats have a 6 year expiry date as far as I know.

Dan, try a school or church with your TV. Maybe a shelter.

so does mine. I usually tell her she can have it if she gives me enough advance notice to book a hotel for the weekend.

I've seen enough of them in the neighborhood to know I don't need a bunch of chinese haggling with me over 50 cents.

It had something to do with a change in safety standards effective Jan 2012. Even a car seat made Dec. 31/11 was not eligible.

Also, there was a break-in at my house a few days after someone had come to view other stuff...but I'm not 100% it was kijjijji related as this was also when I was selling the house, so lots of traffic...(agent, prospective buyers, etc...)

But they knew what they were after...only took a laptop, and some paintings...didn't even take the 46" TV... WTF?!?

- number_23

So if you steal a house the 1st thing you're gonna take is the big screen TV?...please keep your job or the police will catch you 1 street corner away from the house...

The only reason you would want to do a garage sale is for the kids.

I used to enjoy sitting out there all day trying to sell stuff.
