If Kristo would've joined the Habs this year, he would have played 48 games, which is not much more than what he plays in the NCAA.

And seemed like the number of games increasing didn't stop Read from having a pretty good rookie season.

Read is 26, Kristo is 22. Read was roughly 2 years older than Kristo is right now when he joined the NHL. He started out in the AHL after his NCAA season. But their game is very comparable, although I'm not sure Read has Kristo's snapshot. They both are very fast skater, two-way responsible guys who work hard.
