Lavy and Stevens are both player coaches. Which isnt a bad thing at all. But now they need a coach to teach them work ethics and discipline.

Hire mike keenan type just for the end of this year so they players realize how good they have it.

Lavy is more of a general than a player's coach, which is why he was picked to replace Stevens. He's like Hitchcock, except he's not afraid to use youngsters in pressure situations.

Except of late, when he's allowed vets to get a regular shift like Stevens would do with Kyle Calder.
