Halfway through the blog I was starting to think Cloutier wasn't going to list the 6 untouchables....Then BAM! It wouldn't be a Cloutier blog without mentioning Messier, Toews, Spezza, Kovalchuk, Orr, Coffey

But he's not a #1 goalie - yet. Maybe he can be in the future but he sure the hell isn't close right now & no other GM around the league views him as a #1 either. He's a good backup that can play 25 games a season right now.

Howard is one step up, he's been a #1 goalie in the playoffs, then comes Dubnyk who's been a #1 goalie in the regular season, then comes Schneider who is still an NHL backup goalie.
