No chance!

Would you trade Nash for Hemsky? There's your answer!

Depends do we need to waive Nash first?

What, all 4 of the young guns? Yeah you're right, Eberle scoring 1.5 PPG and J. Shultz leading the league in scoring for a good portion of the season, RNH being hurt and Hall tearing it up. Last time I checked there were 16 other players dressed.

You take the top line and the best defenceman of a good...and I mean good...NHL team (i.e. Toews, Hossa, whoever you want, and Keith, or Datsyuk, Zetterberg, Brunner and Kronwall, or Seguin, Marchand, Bergeron and Chara) and plunk them in the AHL with 16 other guys and I can guarantee that the team does better than 18-15. By the way, weren't Hartikainen, Paajarvi and Lander there as well? Also, if these other 16 players brought your big guns down, why is the team 8-6 afterward the NHL season started?

Yak isn't exactly a guy that is helping this team.

With that being said AHL doesn't seem like a fit.

Thats a good question- is it Yaks or the coaching someone cant speak the game in his language- like seriously how come he looks so (frank)ing lost...

Yak.

The coaching staff gave him 10 games to play his style. After that they started working with him. It really was more that Yak picked up bad habits in Junior and the KHL, but they wanted to give him a chance to prove himself before saying he sucks at 5-on-5.

well then honestly why did we waste this year on him... he could have went to the AHL to learn NA style... instead he is an OT hero and now a 0 on most nights... plays with plugs and is now snake bitten... he should have went down much like Nuge - we continue to (frank) these kids in development - they lose their confidence and then boom we remain a last place team that taught the kids how to lose... (frank)ing oiler management......

You cannot possibly guarantee any of that and it's a ridiculous assertion.

I think Belanger has been a lot better offensively this year, he's gotten a couple decent shots away a game.

But it's not about offense. Yak is a moron defensively so Belanger at least can help make up for it. Horc would be a better option though.

We rushed all our picks and now what- Nuge is stinking it up horribly trying to overlearn the 2 way game- that now he has little offense... on top of being injured... and now Yaks -is simply lost on the ice... FFS.... further- look at the damage being done to JSChultz... we got vets who play 15 games or maybe a couple more then they vagina it out for the remainder of the year... for examples see horcoff and hemsky 2009-today...

You'll agree with it all or I'll sabotage the target deal.

Although laughs will probably (frank) that up himself.

You guys should hire whipper.

He's lost because this is game 23 of his career. If he still looks lost next season, then there's a problem.

Don't forget this is one of Hemsky's best start of the seasons, I think he can keep it up. Well depending on the injury
- Oilers4Life14

for real?? didn't he start the year with like 4 points through the first 12 games?
