Why do the Oilers suck? They suck because they rushed their kids to the NHL and they arent ready. Really, this team is losing but Hall, Eberle, Yakopuv, Hopkins are not the problem? If your team sucks, its because your best players arent good enough. The Oilers are never going to win even all 4 of their fowards turn into stars. They need to have a more balanced aproach and its really dumb to keep burning years off contracts for no reason. Hopkins is too good for Junior but he has 6 points this year. If he's hurt., shut him down if he is just that bad send him to the minors. Yakopov has no business in the NHL right now You can't just put out a bunch of offensive 20 year olds and expect to win.

RNH has 8 points, It is "Yakupov", for a guy who has no business in the NHL at 19 he is good enough for 8th on the leafs in scoring, Shawn not Sean, and suggesting the likes of Hall and Ebs aren't ready for the NHL is like saying the fat people that frequent wal-mart aren't ready to sit down and eat at the in house Mcdonalds. Clearly playing in the NHL and leading the league in scoring while they were there (Eb's and Schultz) isn't the answer as you think they are not "NHL ready". One constant, and it doesn't matter which blog you read is fans always over value their teams assets.

Of course the Oilers suck currently. The top players on the team are all gaining experience and going through a maturation process.

People do tend to write their opinion as fact you've done it in your post.

I agree, you can't simply put a bunch of 20 year olds together and expect to win. But you don't go trading those assets for role players either.

The Oilers kids will be just fine if they're given the time young players require to adjust to the NHL.

Yakupov is exactly where he needs to be. It would have been pointless to have him playing junior. Everyone is having a stroke over the line combinations but the reality is coach is rewarding players who are buying into his philosophy. Yakupov moves up and down the lineup based on his play. It's an extremely effective coaching technique and over time the youngsters will get it.

RNH sounds and looks like he's somewhat injured and thrown him off. The dreaded sophomore slump also appwars to be taking him a tad as his shooting percentage is at ridiculously low 2.0%. Almost impossible for those numbers to continue for long, wouldn't you say?< To be fair, though, he's been making a concerted effort towards playing a strong defensive game which is at least somewhat relieving. He sucks balls at faceoffs, though.

If you need to do that, then you're just an awful photographer with an astounding lack of creativity.
