I think for the fans it would be nice if they (frank)ed with him and some of the hobbits but not really necessary. In the playoffs they played it clean the whole way and got rewarded. We should do that every game.

What hurts most about the win is that Larsson wasn't part of it. Is this going to give DeBoer an excuse to continue to bench the Devils' best prospect?

we're having a discussion on the sens board regarding ottawa acquiring a power forward who has some offensive upside.

clarkson has been brought up often, given the fact that he's a UFA at seasons end, and will almost surely be wanting a MASSIVE raise.

with ottawa having a wealth of young goalie talent, and both of the devils goalies obviously very close to retirement, is their a deal there to be made?

I was thinking perhaps a package of Bishop + top prospect (stone, prince, noessen, etc) + 2nd rd pick

would that be enough? or is he pretty much a "not going anywhere" type of guy

Salvador looks like Salvador every other moment of his career aside from last seasons playoffs, which is what he's currently getting paid for, and therein lies the problem. He's a 4th defenseman. Rarely ever been more.

If lou could manage a move that was cheap and didn't cost us Clarkson and Elias this offseason i guess Heatley wouldn't be terrible. But I hate the (frank)er.
