Kerr was way better as a ranter/call taker... His play by play is rough.

Do any of you guys listen to the Hitmen play by play? I actually like Brad Curl as a play caller. His colour guy is atrocious... but his play calling is actually pretty solid.

Seriously 100% agree. Guy was waived for a reason. He isn't a guy I want to see next season on the roster when we can keep Horak and Byron potentially up and on the roster.

Cervenka played well last night with Hudler and Iginla. Perhaps we have a nice combination there that Hartley can keep going.

I've never trashed him. I really don't mind him down on the fourth line with limited time on the 3rd.

And did anyone notice he took Baerschi's place in the 3rd period? No one has said anything about that yet today.

And another bash on Kerr, he kept getting confused when they made the switch and called number 17 as 47 a few times.

when are the flames going to finally realize that they're a perpetual bubble team and need to finally blow it up and do a proper rebuild to ice an actual contender. let's be honest here, this roster won't win a cup and that's the ultimate goal of every season. get something for the few good vets you have before it's too late.

I hope we keep Bouwmeester too. I really like the way he has played this year under Harleys system.

I noticed it and I did read about it elsewhere. But it is still just 1 game!!! I was ok with CGY signing him in the summer to a favourable contract in an attempt to have him find his game again and find an asset. It just hasn't happened.

Don't forget we have Bouma back next year as well. I would rather see him center the 4th line; he fits the role better I think.

Comeau has 1/2 a year left to reclaim his career. I'm routing for him but so far, not so good.

I think the flames should trade iginla, bouwmeester and kipprussoff to get things started. They aren't going to win the stanley cup, let alone squeak into the playoffs. Trade them for great value and see who else you can get rid of on the roster. Tanguay might go for a 2nd or 3rd at the deadline to a team looking for some scoring depth.

I trashed him when the paired him on the first line with Iggy, or when they had him with Hudler and Cervenka! If they can keep him to 6-7 minutes a game I don't mind him for around 600k per year. At least he can skate and he's a big body.
