• Iginla new deal at 6 mill a year (save 1m)
• Resign Cervenka at same amount (even)
• Drop Babchuck (save 2.5m)
• Drop Begin and McGrattan (save 1.1m)
• Drop MacDonald (save 500k)
• Resign Comau at 725k (save 725k)
• Trade a forward for pics/prospects (save 2-4m)
• Trade Gio for pics/prospects (save 4m)

And there you have it we get Getzlaf with some room to spare on prospects + Ramo to crack the lineup!

I agree 100%. Been happy with Wideman as well. Gio is a mystery. Just wish JBO was about 1.2 mill less. Butler has looked pretty good recently as well. Our D is finding a way, if Kipper is Kipper then we should win more games than we lose.

Rob Kerr, in the third period after Kirpper made a great save screamed, "HEEEE'S BAAAAAACK! ". Charlie Simmer was quiet for a good 10 seconds after that.

Kerr was way better as a ranter/call taker... His play by play is rough.

Do any of you guys listen to the Hitmen play by play? I actually like Brad Curl as a play caller. His colour guy is atrocious... but his play calling is actually pretty solid.
