for 2 full back ribs

1 large onion,

5-6 cloves garlic

nearly a full pineapple, eat a bit of it??

3 jalapenos,

1/2 bunch cilantro

1 bottle teriyaki

1/2 cup to 1 cup dark beer

No problem. The important part is to marinade for a full day, then to cook very slowly.

all ingredients I use fresh, and toss in a container with the ribs. Try to make sure the ribs all get plenty of soaking time.

Cooking on a BBQ, leave one burner off and set the other side to low. Cook on the side that is off to start. Try to keep some of the toppings on the ribs as you cook.

After several hours, you can turn on the other burner and raise the heat a little so you can brown the ribs a bit. They should fall off the bone.

Oven, low like 225 or something. Again, several hours.
