One of the main reasons that line has a horrible + - is because of Boyes if these guys can't see it I don't know what to tell them. The guy makes some of the worst passes and coughs up the puck 5 times a game at the worst time with some good passes now and then. Boyes sucks, I can care less how much he makes. Ridiculously stupid argument makes me wonder if anyone knows anything about the game of hockey on this board. Believe me I'm not saying PA is an amazing player but people do it on here just to be funny at this point, lost it's humor a while ago just makes them look foolish.

It's just homerism and fans trying to justify Snows inaction and PA's subsequent success in Colorado. Remember when he got traded when he would'nt score five goals and he'd be scratched in a month? Now plus/minus means nothing even though PA is playing with guys with half the talent. Again, PA is no super star I was'nt even a huge fan. He was just a guy who put up points and had good chemistry on the first and second line looking for a pay day. We should've paid him or traded him at the very least. Admitting to this is admitting to Snow being an inept GM.

Next game pay attention to how often he's out of position or the play hanging. Then watch how many passes he makes directly on an opposing players stick. The guy had a good season with St. Louis 6 years ago. He has had the occaisional good game with us, that's not good enough for the first line and he's not defensively resposible nor would he score on any other line. He's another player no one knows what to do with except the Islanders of course.
