Just watched the highlights, how in the HELL Buffalo managed to lose that game is beyond me, 2 Canes goals scored from them just literally standing there by themselves with no one even covering them.

This is the first time I can remember where the Sabres would be better off in the Western conference. Chicago and Anaheim pretty much just beat everyone and everyone else is just average to below average.

They got 7 out of 10 possible points in their last 5 which would be a great run for a team that wasn't a dog up until that point. They really need to repeat the 7 out of 10 points for every 5 game block the rest of the season to make the playoffs. that would put them around 24-17-7, 55 points. That might be around the 7 or 8 spot.
