Stafford has to be packaged with a prospect that we do not see making an NHL impact...then we need to trade those 2 players and accept 60 cents on the dollar for the package

Why he didn't get it done after last season or during the lockout or now is beyond me.

IMO he doesn't play a shift this year , thus forcing Buffalo to wait another year to buy him out.

i can see this kind of thing happening again when some nerd figures out another way to stash $$ at the detriment of players...

This team can actually put 4 lines of players that can skate. McCormick can't play hockey. Neither can Matt Ellis. The pace we play at with the different guys in the lineup is a lot better IMo
