Peters has been playing in the AHL

He got to play games when 9 regulars were out of the lineup. That's what started the streak. Then he didn't get to play at all for a long time. The coach set him up for failure and nothing has changed to get him back into the groove of things.

Yeah I never feel confident when we play Carolina. Kind of hate all of the Staal brothers, mostly because they are good.

I would have started Enroth in this game without a doubt. Look, we lost anyway. Who knows, maybe he plays well and wins it. Now we get to play NJ with a tired Miller vs Brodeur.

Why are people saying Enroth is crap? You guys do realize that it's tough for a goalie to play well when he plays every month, right?

Hamilton said the other day that they should have sent Enroth down to the AHL this weekend on a conditioning assignment. Should have had him start the 2 games Rochester had to get him some time and get his confidence back.

knew it was something like that. also. Miller will play till he cant stand anymore so i'm sure he had a lot to do with it .

Disagree how? Peters is a starter for an AHL team. He plays on a consistent basis.

The majority of that list is crap. Howard is the only one worth taking a shot at and I doubt Detroit even lets him make it to free agency.

Few Thoughts:

Flynn - Looks really good. I like him, think he should stay.

Porter - Good role player

Grigorenko - Playing with a lot more confidence and it is showing

Myers - Had a strong game. Was starting rushes and up and down the ice.

Miller - Got outplayed by a 3rd string goalie. Buffalo outshout Carolina 41-28. Goalie needs to make saves

Gerbe - The last goal is on him, he had 2-3 chances to clear the puck out of the zone and did not.

So we're not playing anyone in goal then?

Who exactly are they bringing in to play goal if Miller isn't here? It's not like goalies are falling off of trees and there are plenty floating around out there.

Flynn - Looks really good. I like him, think he should stay.

Porter - Good role player

Grigorenko - Playing with a lot more confidence and it is showing

Myers - Had a strong game. Was starting rushes and up and down the ice.

Miller - Got outplayed by a 3rd string goalie. Buffalo outshout Carolina 41-28. Goalie needs to make saves

Gerbe - The last goal is on him, he had 2-3 chances to clear the puck out of the zone and did not.

Buffalo did not outshoot Carolina. At one point, it was 32 for Carolina, 25 for Buffalo. So you have the numbers backwards.

Myers was the reason for Carolina's first goal. He stood there in front of the net and allowed Tlusty to deflect that shot with no type of push back whatsoever.

So it is just that Enroth is no good because he does not play, yet every other back up goalie goes out and plays every 7-10 games (1-2 times a month) and is normally respectable. Got it.

The ennis line was terrible tonight. I believe they were out there for at least two of the goals.
