He has earned his ice time, look how much he gets paid, I could imagine how much pressure Rolston is under to NOT bench him givent he pay rate and hope he can skate his way into a real player again.

So I assume from the comments (NOT watching the game) that Myers maybe played some small part in the wee goal they scored ?

well, in order to win you need to score goals. And he's been doing that. So I don't see what the problem is.

Why don't you criticize Stafford and his whole 2 goals for the year? Or is he the right height requirement so it's ok for him to suck?

The problem is in the big picture, Nathan Gerbe is an AHL player who before his recent run of 3 goals had 6 goals in his last 79 games. Pardon me for not being excited about Nathan Gerbe.

I would never have extended Drew Stafford when he was due for a new deal. After watching Stafford for his entire Sabres career and factoring in the 3 (4?) hat tricks he had in his contract year, I would have a. Traded him while his stock was high (which Regier has never done) or b. Not re-signed him.

Any Stafford criticism is valid. I hate watching the guy play and it disgusts me that he's an assistant captain.
