Normally, I'd defer to others, but a quick google search says a minor one is day to day, with discomfort, a moderate one can take 1-3 weeks to fully heal and a severe one can take up to 8 weeks to heal.

which is why that garbage goal at the end of the first period hurts. final minute of a period have to be smart and get the puck in deep. they could be winning 2-1 right now. i have little faith they will pull out 2 points here...certainly not if they repeat the 2nd period in the 3rd.
