I found myself really feeling bad tonight for ebs and hall goin through this again for the 3rd straight year

Worst part is they're a part of it now---Leadership, better stop gap vets, grit, blah aside, Ebs specifically now, seems stuck as well.

What sucks is not really knowing if that is actually a major factor right now. Well, either way its awfully (frank)ing sad.

This team has no fire, no passion and don't get pissed off when they lose. The time for excuses is over, put out or get out!!

can't be stated any better. trading players away for picks is not the solution. but i also think tamby is being very careful as to trading picks away for players that doesn't serve a good purpose in edm long term. edm has some great prospects, but every 1st round pick has made the big jump into the big club right away, leaving the farm depleted. if klefbom doesn't make the big club next season, i am ok with it, but tamby needs to be proactive to show in someway edm is moving forward. acquiring a top 2 d-man and power forward would be ideal, not buying for short term, but be a buyer for long term.

ABSOLUTELY.
Of course i believe a top 4 dman, size in the top 6 would help us. But its getting to a point where im questioning if thats all it takes??(minor tweaks aside of course)
Can horcoffs return get us to average? ( at this point ill take that happily and stop female dogin every game!)

Or Is there something wrong with the guys we have? Do we just wait and continue losing? Which seems to be the strategy. but if so, does this destroy any confidence they may have if they are in fact the studs we hope?

I really think tambs needs to try and bail this team out of another bottom 5 finish any way he can.

What else can oiler fans expect? We cheer on an organization that promotes mediocrity. Kevin Lowe kept getting promoted for being mediocre. Until he's gone, nothing changes. I hope he proves me wrong.
