Kaleta is a dirty (frank)er. Why guys like this play the game is beyond me. Kaleta is horrible at hockey, can't skate, can't shoot, can't pass, can't do anything except throw cheap shots and turtle. |

he didn't even hit Emelin hard haha. He could have sent him into the stands but he let up a bit. Love watching Boston, just a tough hard nosed hockey team. |

I was making the point that Shannyhan needs to go. - c1067
There's no point in even saying that. No matter who's in that position, it's always going to have some sort of issues surrounding it. It is what it is. There's no point in dwelling on it and complaining how bad he is. Campbell was just as bad. More than likely whoever comes after Shanahan will be just as inconsistent. |

really? I was at that Isles/Sabre game and he was chasing Cizikas around all night and wouldn't have anything to do with Martin or Finley... He's a loser. |

why would he fight Finley who is almost a foot taller than him.
I'm glad you think he is a loser, tells me he even gets under your skin, not just the players. |

This tells me you know nothing about Kaleta. He's actually a really fast skater.

So, I almost made it out of Lake Erie without hearing the horn through 2 games.
McNabb had to ruin it for me. |

F the players union! What does a repeat offender have to do with a hit. A hit like that from a non-repeat offender is the same as a hit from Kalata (or Cooke or Torres). Hey NHL, you want to get rid of hits like this - punish the crime, not the criminal! |

No offense, that's dumb. The league applies the same principles used in real life to deal with crimes. First time offenders typically get lighter sentences. Once you show that you didn't learn from the first punishment then they try something harsher to see if that will get through, and so on and so on. makes sense. Giving out the same punishment to someone over and over again and expecting them to change is just dumb. |

Yeah. It was a good weekend. Lake Erie got shut out by Hamilton (the worst team in the conference) on Saturday. Then Leggio was only like 6 minutes away from getting a shut out of his own on Sunday. Final ended up being 4-2. Lake Erie got a little bit of a jump after they scored on a bad McNabb turnover. That never happens, Leggio gets a shut out. They finally got one by him after he stopped the first 35 shots. |

How well do the Monsters draw? I remember being at the Q when they were still the Cleveland Barons, and there was maybe 600 people in the building on a saturday night. And considering the huge stack of tickets they were handing out at the bar across the street I'm assuming there were plenty of comps. |
