Richards played it up, or was just super, super scared. Either way, it's natural he's getting made fun of for it.
Kaleta has wiped out a lot of improved rep and pr that other fans aren't aware of.
This isn't rocket science.
All of these statements are true. - nfph
Right on the money!
On the positive note, I think the Sabres are playing much better in their own end of the ice!
Now, if we could fix our PP ( ), we should be alright!
GO SABRES
Take a look at that picture. If you still think he dove and acted, go do me a favor. Stand 7-8 feet away from the boards, and have a 200 pounder push you from behind. When your head hits the boards, have someone record your actions.
Then, when you see how you act, questions yourself again if Richards was acting.
When your neck gets crunched in that manner, you lose feeling in your appendages for a short amount of time. The first thing you want to do is feel your body with your fingers, hence the throwing off the gloves. Guy was probably scared poopless that he was paralyzed, as we all would be.
Oh, and for your information, Richards didn't practice today, so might as well throw out the "pretending to be hurt" argument.
How damn stupid can some people be? It's one thing to like a team and to be a bit biased, but to claim that he was diving and acting? My god.

He faked it. Deal with it. I'm sure he was so frightened that he stayed on the ice for 2 minutes and acted like he seperated his shoulder. He skated off the ice like he was dizzy or concussed. Yet about a minute later was perfectly fine. Do you really think him missing practice means absolutely anything?

Mandatory player break ?
Our players get them too.
Hate to see how richards responds to an actual so called viscous hit near the boards. Other than the nudge PK gave him to make him lose all balance (for a professional hockey player) Rangers should have hollywood EMP's on stand by. Hope they help him. An he is ok (and wins the Emmy)

Going straight to Broadway. - sbroads24
I watched the hit 30 times today and saw nothing more than PK pushing off of a player that happens 50 times a game .I wasn't any intent to cream him into the boards. take 20 players and they skate around it and play goes on. Players are smashed into the boards every icing. I just don't see the suspension being warranted. 5 games ? cause he flailed on the ice ?
