your absolutely right. Should be left out. I must say am I little upset how quickly people get angry when you jab at religion, sometimes I am sad at this world. - Carrsrkewl9
It's me being politically correct. I can take a joke but I also respect other people's beliefs and understand that religion canbe a sensitive subject to some. If I know someone on a personal level then fine but there are a lot of people here that I don't know so I would rather refrain from potentially insulting someone by referencing their religious beliefs, among other topics.
Well, with the exceptions of:
Darroll Powe
Gregory Campbell
Steve Downie
Cody Bass
Derek Dorsett
Daniel Carcillo
Jamie Sifers
Aaron Ashamn
I'll agree with you. Please continue - jmatchett
Okay use of never is bad. And a couple people on that list are bigger. The others were pretty much in his weight class, and if not they are still known as fighters or bigger guys like Dorsett.
The point was suppose to be that he is fighting other fighters and not taking on stars or players that hardly fight.
I love what Kaleta does to other fan bases. He has never faught anyone smaller, most have been bigger than him. Hes not that big of a guy in the first place, 6' 1 200 lbs.
A little proof for you blind Also Kaleta pisses most off yes, he deserves the suspension coming to him for this hit yes, but Kaleta has done a great job at hitting clean lately. This hit is by no means clean, but it was very much a fluke. And he has only been suspended twice for when he wasn't. He's not as dirty as you all seem to think he is, just really good at pissing everyone off. - Carrsrkewl9
oh, well then ... considering he was ONLY suspended twice I take back everything I said about him being dirty.

he knew Kariya was back to hockey after a long concussion problem.
He went after his head. He succeeded.
Probably one of the reasons he said this today:
"I have changed my game," Kaleta said. "I know I have. I know players have seen that, and even referees have came up said, ‘Hey, I respect what you’ve done so far. As long as you keep showing that respect towards us, then we’ll respect you.’
"I loved hearing that and know that they’ve seen a change in my game, so I know I’ve changed my game." - jimbro83
I'm so sure you know that he knew. It's funny when people talk about facts and logic, then proceed to act like they know what the players know or think

Idk if richards milked it or not. I certainly thought he was gonna be hurt. To defend the hit is one thing, to defend the hit and that mutant with his rep is just cray yo

well, if I knew Kariya was out with serious concussions problems for a long time, I believe Kaleta was aware of it as well. I am just going out on a limb.

Last year, he threw a head butt at a player. He shoved hardened plastic armor into a player's face as hard as possible. This year he could have snapped a guy's neck (embellished or not). Matt Cooke is an example of a player with a bad reputation who turned his game around recently. Kaleta has not. - jmatchett

Again, it's a dirty hit by a dirty player who is an effective 4th liner and does have a place in the league, and was embellished to the fullest extent by Richards. Just going out on a limb here.

I have little doubt he tried to get at Kariyas head.
Eventually, someone will levy punishment toward him or one of their skill guys......and when it happens its gonna be his fault specifically because he rarely backs up his actions

speaking of limbs, I am glad Richards can still move them today
