What hopes? He's a depth 4th liner. People should get their hopes up of Kennedy being scratched because thats what this could mean.

They will probably call up Bennett though again soon.

I would take a look at Kostopolus over Glass. Our 4th line has been scaring the sh*t out of me lately.

Whats with Glass? It's like he is just going through the motions. I expected more.

I don't know if he's having problem learning their system or what, but he seems to always be a step behind. He arrives after the puck is gone. Just a very underwhelming player. Worst +/- on the team and is clearly deserving of that number.

Awesome game last night. Good to see Malkin back to his old form. Hopefully he stays that way.

Can't say enough about the play of Chris Kunitz lately. He quietly is 3rd in the NHL in points, 6th in goals, and 1st in +/-.

He's having one hell of a year. He's been such a bargain at his salary.

TKost has been avg at best at the AHL level, like I said even as a depth position, I wouldnt get your hopes up.

He is a WBS legend though so it was nice to sign him.

to an AHL deal, sure, his time has passed him by, hes not a shadow of what I remember him being. His experience is good for the youth but I see him as a liability on an NHL line.

Hopes aren't up. I realize he's a very fringe NHL'r. Just stating my displeasure with Glass. Our 4th line is brutal defensively.....with Glass being the worst. We need them to chip in with a goal or two, instead the opposite is happening.

Im right there with you on Glass as well. at this point I think Pitt would be better off bringing up Zach Sill and sit Glass and avoid using Tkost unless absolutely necessary.

I haven't seen Glass do anything impressive all season. I like Vitale and Adams though.

With Bennett in the NHL, I think Kost is just to add depth with WBS.

Terrible free agent signing. The most productive thing he has done for the team is lose a fight.

Did anybody else see that Depres is leading all rookies in points? I just find it funny that he plays once a month an still leads all the rookies. Maybe he needs to show his stats to Bylsma to get more playin time.

With Martin back in on Thursday, I'm worried that Despres will get scratched. Just don't trust Bylsma and some of his personnel decisions this year.

Hopefully on Thursday we see Bennett w/ Geno and Neal, Cooke w/ Sutter and Vitale, and TK in the press box

Despres and Fleury should beat Bylsma with a baseball bat.

Tk to the 4th and scratch Glass. TK can at least skate. Glass does nothing well.

Just going to throw out there that the coach that some want fired is the odds on favorite to coach Team USA at the Olympics.

Its one thing to have criticisms, I have had some recently, but the calling for a firing is very over the top.

Rookies on Pitt? Not that hard to do when there are only you and one other guy who has played 5 games.

Rookies in the NHL? All of them? Really?
