Why trade for another puck moving Dman? It makes little sense. We need a winger. What a joke. - Oneonta Penguin
Why trade for a sh*tty defenseman is a better question. He's another Ryan Whitney. |

It's complete dog sh*t if you ask me. His articles are tabloidesque.
Edit: just look at Johnson's +/- it's a train wreck

Despres is only 20 games in and already has a better rating than Johnson has ever had. - Gunner Staal
Hell, by next season Joe Morrow might be as good as Jack Johnson.
Rossi is a poop stirrer. And Jack Johnson and Iginla rumors have both been around for years.

I just realised its been a while since Bylsma has mentioned that they're "focused on the process" rather than the score.
I can't believe I miss hearing that. |

Have to love Rossi suggesting Despres would be traded for Johnson. He's already almost as good as Johnson. And yes thats more of a reflection of what I think of Jack Johnson. - Deadstar
Rossi has the intellect of a unicellular organism lacking gonads. Dousche bag extraordinaire. |

Last nights game was good, but they need to prove they can play like that for 3-4 straight games at least. We will see a good test on Thursday against the flyers |

We don't talk bad about team USA players here. Take that over to the Canadian teams threads. USA USA USA Canada is going down faster than giroux on dudes at a nickelback concert |

He's as overrated as they come. He is however a proud American, I respect him for that. |

I'm proud too. I'm just realistic.
Still, one of my favorite moments in sports was when the NHL players returned and the Pittsburgh crowd cheered Ryan Miller---while booing Crosby. A brief moment of national pride exhibited. Kind of neat. For the record though I was happy for Crosby and both teams played a great game. |

Don't ever doubt the good old USA. Our team is going to be physical fast and skilled. I like our chances. Its going to be a great tournament - dbell646
I agree. Best event at the games, and best sport in the world.
Looking forward to it.

I hated Crosby until he was back in a pens sweater. That was a great moment for sure and miller earned every second of it. He was so solid in that tournament. Looking at world juniors USA is getting stronger and stronger hopefully those young men turn into great pros. Especially the Pittsburgh boys |

Awesome game last night. Good to see Malkin back to his old form. Hopefully he stays that way.
Can't say enough about the play of Chris Kunitz lately. He quietly is 3rd in the NHL in points, 6th in goals, and 1st in +/-. |

I wouldn't mind seeing Umberger or Johnson in a penguins sweater if the price was right. However, Johnson making about 4.25 mil/yr and Umberger @ 4.50 mil/yr doesn't seem worth it. |

As a Canadian I was happy that those Olympics played out exactly as they should have. Canada winning gold over a rival with Crosby scoring the winner. I just hope the next Olympics play out the same but with Eberle scoring the goal that sends the game to OT. |

What hopes? He's a depth 4th liner. People should get their hopes up of Kennedy being scratched because thats what this could mean.
They will probably call up Bennett though again soon. |
